When Brad is in the office (which is 90% of the time) he will come out of his office to greet each policyholder that comes into the office, he contacts them on their birthday just to say Happy Birthday, Brad makes sure he gets to know each one of his policyholders! "Been with Brad for MANY years. With the once a year I go in to the office to add a vehicle/motorcycle/house, change something on a policy, etc....they remember my name, my vehicles, my life’s details as if I’m in there every week. I’m a customer but I’ve never been treated nor felt like just another customer. I’ve made 1 claim on my motorcycle and 1 on a car. Repairs were done with my stuff being made how it was before the crashes. The process was simple and they helped me every step of the way, answered the 5 million questions I had. As long as these folks are in business they will have my business."
